Direct bolt-on LED light bar kit for all years of the Yamaha TW200 motorcycle. Easy installation does not require any drilling or modifying. This kit utilizes extended shock fork bolts to replace the original lower fork bolts and allowing addition of the LED light bar.

Installation time: ~30 minutes

Kit includes:
-30 Watt, LED Light Bar (See end of listing for Light bar specifications).
-Brackets and hardware pre-installed
-2 pairs of wire T-Taps for hooking up light bar to existing high-beam circuit*

Tools needed for install
-Philips Screwdriver
-12mm Socket (OEM fork bolt size)

*Disclaimer: This lightbar is intended for off-road use. By tapping into the original high-beam circuit for installation you are liable for violating any applicable road laws in your area. If you decide to use a dedicated circuit and switch for your light bar, I do sell a rocker switch mount for the TW200. This is the recommended method. You should never tie your LED light bar in with your normal daytime running lights.

Light bar has a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. Warranty does not cover damage due to incorrect wiring or damage due to accident/operator error.

Installation Tips:

-If you are having trouble getting the bolts to thread into the suspension fork, try loosening the upper bolts which hold on the reflector bracket. They are often misaligned which will then catch on the new bolts.

-If you are having trouble getting your new bolts to tighten (and hold the lightbar secure) then the long spacer nut needs to be adjusted (loosened or tightened) as it is binding up.

-If you are finding that any of the bolts loosen over time, apply a small amount of thread-locker paste to the threads of the bolts.

-If your lightbar needs to be adjusted up or down, you can manually adjust it by applying force with your hand.

Still Waiting

I have not received my order yet. According to tracking, I'll not see it for another week. Didn't realize your were located in Alaska, when I placed my order. I don't believe it should make any difference, as I have ordered items from the far east, and received them faster! Hopefully my light will show up sooner than what tracking is indicating.
